Field services and remote engineering.
Single-site assignments and multi-site projects.
Do you provide nationwide service?
Yes. RelayWest supports projects across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We coordinate on-site assignments and remote engineering for single-site and multi-site projects. Travel, site access, availability and scheduling are agreed for each engagement.
Are you limited to Cisco or a specific manufacturer?
No. We support network devices, servers and storage across manufacturers, including mixed-vendor environments. Share the make, model, operating system and work required. We build the scope around your infrastructure.
Do you work directly with vendors and service providers?
Yes. RelayWest is built to support technology vendors, systems integrators, managed service providers and IT delivery teams. We agree the scope with your project or engineering lead and fit the assignment into your existing workflow.
Can you deliver under our brand?
White-label delivery can be included in the engagement. We agree site introductions, customer communications, reporting formats and escalation paths before the work begins. Your customer relationship stays with your team.
Can you take on work across several service areas?
Yes. A project can combine networking, servers, virtualization, storage, optical, cloud connectivity, security, ClearPass, Windows 365, wireless and workplace services. The exact responsibilities, specialist requirements and dependencies are reviewed before a commitment is made.
How are projects and assignments priced?
Pricing reflects the scope, equipment, site, travel, timing and deliverables. Work can be quoted as a defined assignment, project scope or scheduled engineering block. Rates and commercial terms are agreed before work begins; additional work requires approval.
Do you support evenings, weekends or urgent requests?
Planned evening and weekend windows can be discussed. Urgent requests are assessed against availability and location. Response commitments, escalation coverage and any after-hours charges are agreed for the assignment.
What information should we send first?
Start with the service needed, site location, equipment, task, preferred dates and expected outcome. Include access requirements or an existing work order if appropriate, but keep passwords, access codes and confidential configurations out of the inquiry form.
What do we receive when the work is complete?
The agreed handover may include completion notes, asset or port records, permitted site photographs, test results, exceptions and next actions. We establish the evidence your delivery team needs during scoping.
